Modern Air Solutions is the best heating and air conditional business around. I used them for the first time during an emergency air conditioning crisis and they arrived on time and resolved my problem immediately. A few years later we upgraded our entire heating and air conditioning system and they provided several options and price points. We continue to have them come over and service both units twice a year and they offer a fantastic warranty plan. A+++

Cannot tell you how happy I was with Modern Air Solutions! Our AC went out and they were willing to come out immediately. When Ian arrived he was professional, friendly and explained the problem in easy words for me to understand. Nice to know that there are still honest companies like Modern Air Solutions!
