Tom and his crew at Modern Air were a pleasure to work with. Tom provided comprehensive overview of recommended replacement HVAC systems for our consideration and answered all of our questions. The crew on install day were friendly, responsive and very considerate of our home. They left the spaces exactly as they found them and cleaned up thoroughly. Jesus provided a detailed explanation of our new thermostat and all of the new system features. Well done!
Ian was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process to me as well as his findings after performing annual maintenance on both the AC unit and the furnace.
